Change of Mind Return Policy:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, products must remain unopened and in pristine condition, with the return shipment arranged by the customer. Once we confirm the condition upon receipt, a refund will be issued for the item value minus a 15% restocking fee (initial shipping costs excluded). If a return is required due to customer error, additional return charges equivalent to or greater than the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery time to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide is between 5-10 business days, Perth between 7-12 business days, and for the rest of Australia between 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please allow up to 10 business days after dispatch for all deliveries.
