Refund and Return Policy

Damaged Items

  • If an item is damaged, replacement parts will be supplied or a full refund will be provided in case the product is out of stock.
  • We require customers to cooperate with us during the return process:
    • Customers must print and attach shipping labels to the return boxes.
    • In some regions, return labels may not be available, and alternate arrangements will need to be made.
  • Important: If you receive a damaged item, please do not assemble it. Notify us immediately so we can assist with the replacement process and expedite a resolution.

12-Month Warranty

  • All products purchased from Bar Stools Republic (BSR) are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty applies to structural or material defects and does not cover:
    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
    • General wear and tear from normal use.
  • If your product is eligible for warranty claims, we will provide:
    • Replacement parts or
    • Repair services, depending on the issue.

Change of Mind

  • Change of mind returns are accepted under specific conditions:
    • Must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • A refund will be processed, excluding a 20% restocking fee and collection charges.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-order dates are estimates only and subject to change. Factors such as shipping delays, global disruptions (e.g., COVID-19), or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the estimated arrival times.
  • Canceling a pre-order before shipment will incur a 10% cancellation fee, as these items require advance booking in limited production.

Refund Timing

  • Standard refund processing time is 10 business days.
  • In exceptional cases, such as during peak periods or with international returns, it may take up to a maximum of 30 business days for the refund to be completed.

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged or broken product, we will provide replacement parts to restore the product to its intended condition.
  • Processing times for replacements: Typically 7 to 12 business days.
  • To qualify for replacements or returns, please ensure you follow our provided return guidelines.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel pre-orders before shipment, subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
  • BSR reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, with or without explanation. Customers will be notified via email or phone call in such cases.
