Where Do We Deliver?

We ship Australia-wide.

Please note that our carriers do not deliver furniture or large items to PO boxes. To avoid unnecessary delays, ensure you provide your full street address at checkout.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • In-stock items are dispatched within 4 business days.
  • If a product is unavailable for immediate dispatch (e.g., pre-order items), the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are as follows:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Perth: Estimated delivery within 7-12 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Rest of Australia: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please allow up to 10 business days after dispatch for all deliveries.
