If you wish to return your product, it must be in its original, unopened condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for organizing the return. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued for the item’s value minus a 15% restocking fee (excluding the initial shipping costs). Should the return be due to customer error resulting in delivery failure, an additional return shipping charge equivalent to or greater than the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
Estimated delivery time to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide is between 5-10 business days, Perth between 7-12 business days, and for the rest of Australia between 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please allow up to 10 business days after dispatch for all deliveries.
